How does the programme work?
 
A business cash advance is designed to help you manage your cash flow by providing you with a flexible repayment plan.  We fund your business by purchasing a small percentage of your future credit/debit card receivables.  There are no fixed monthly payments. We only get paid when you get paid.
 
How do I know if I qualify?
 
You must be in business for more than 12 months, have at least £3,500 of credit/debit card sales per month, and meet other simple requirements.
 
What can I use the money for?
 
You can use the money for any business purpose.  Most merchants use a business cash advance to purchase seasonal inventory, repay debt, pay off taxes or purchase new equipment.

How soon can I get funds?
 
We will provide funding within ten working days.
 
Do I need to change card processors?
 
If you do not currently use Lloyds TSB Cardnet, you will be required to switch.
 
What kind of discount do I get if I pay early?
 
Since this is not a loan, there is no monthly payment schedule. We get paid only when you get paid and therefore there is no discount for early payment. 
 
How frequently do I make payments to Merchant Cash Express?
 
MCE collects an agreed upon percentage of your daily credit and debit card sales.
 
Will I get a monthly statement from Merchant Cash Express?
 
Yes, you will receive a printed monthly statement.
